I have divisions of this Hosta planted all over - some in gravelled areas, some in the ground etc and they all look the same, even those in the sun look as healthy as those in the shade. I'm thrilled it's not on the slug menu though and I'll definitely be making more divisions at the end of the year. Maybe I should send some out to fellow gardeners so that we can compare and see how effective it is elsewhere?Lindachttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17307042289297886569noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6979477368757454916.post-7777371366807850032014-08-12T15:23:59.256+01:002014-08-12T15:23:59.256+01:00lol Sue. People in slug-infested areas might be very interested to know that. And I'm with you that this is a time when it's hard to stay on top of both weeding and posting about gardens. Do you have any flowers blooming? People like to look at pictures of pretty flowers in bloom. I also feel guilty about not posting as often at this time of year -- I've only posted 2-3 times in the last month or so, which is not ideal, I know. You probably just needed a break.
